Currently serving as Interim Production Manager at Calderys Nordic AB, I lead and develop daily operations at the Höganäs production site — ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing of high-quality refractory materials. My work focuses on operational excellence through continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and proactive leadership that bridges safety, people, and performance. As a leader, I’ve held several trusted positions — including Chairman of the National Club Board and Negotiation Leader for UNIONEN at Calderys Nordic AB — where I’ve driven collaboration, structure, and fair solutions in complex industrial environments.
