Thanks for checking out my profile. I am currently available for teams and individuals as a coach, consultant and trainer. I am also available to individuals as a hypnotherapist. I work both online and Here's what I'm up to: Trainer with Washington State Dept of Enterprise Services (DES) in the areas of leadership, wellbeing and team building. 2023 offerings with DES include:* Creating Psychological Safety Through Conversations * Building a Resilient Team * Strengths of Differences * Motivational Strengths I am also a professional MBTI trainer and look forward to offering those classes with DES in the near future. Consultant for Washington state government agencies since 1995 through South Puget Sound Community College. This arrangement makes it easy for the public sector to contract with me. No RFP required. Consulting member of Labor & Industries award winning Wellness 360˚ team since 2009. I used to help them design wellness events and interactive websites. These days I mainly: 1) Help managers & supervisors with teams, 2) Help individuals work through tough situations, 3) Help with organizational efforts such as Diversity & Owner of two companies, Thrive At Work and Utter Thrive At Work LLC is a consulting, coaching, and training company that focuses on helping organizations increase productivity and wellbeing. When people feel better, and like each other, they tend to work together better. Utter Hypnosis helps people experience freedom from unwanted habits, feelings, & thinking patterns (aka hangups). This work was inspired by my students and clients with Thrive At Work. Hypnosis does an amazing job of liberating people to show up as the best version of themselves. The two efforts are synergistic. Thrive At Work focuses on the organizational and interactive aspects of wellbeing, while Utter Hypnosis focuses on the deeply personal aspects.
