I’ve had the privilege of working on some of Canada’s largest and most complex real estate financing transactions, representing a combined lending value of over $30 billion since 2019. This includes groundbreaking deals like a $1.7-billion revolving construction credit facility, the first of its kind in Canada, for the Oakridge Park Project in Vancouver and other transformative financings across the industry.
