Real Estate Development Executive responsible for all aspects of Development in both the Affordable as well as the Class A - Market Rate Multifamily and Self Storage arena. As the Vice President of Development, I'm responsible for identifying the direction of the Company. Responsible for identifying Markets and Submarkets of interest based on the demographics and economics that fit our companies goals and objectives. Once an area of interest has been identified, I'm responsible for the "boots on the ground" portion of identifying an opportunity. Very knowledgeable and accustom to working through the Affordable Housing Tax Credit, Tax Exempt Bond and CDBG Programs as well as working with FHA/HUD throughout a wide number of states. Responsible for the creation of plus multifamily units, square feet of self storage and over $750 Million of overall investment. Upon he Closing of the transaction, I have an on-going and close working relationship with our construction and management teams to ensure a clean hand-off of the development is made so that the opportunity is built on time, in a quality manner and can be managed to success. Specialties: Directing the Company to Markets of strength, Identifying potential opportunities, underwriting and modeling potential opportunities, managing the development team i.e. all third party professionals such as architects, engineers, attorneys, market analysts, etc.
