Prior to my current Carrier Team One Program Manager position with ORBIS, I had over 36 years’ of leadership experience overseeing and supervising thousands of government civilian, military and contractor personnel with responsibility of budgets up to $1.6B. Direct experience in nuclear and non-nuclear repair, maintenance, modernization, engineering, auditing, inspection, and testing of nuclear aircraft carriers & submarines and conventional surface craft. Program / Project management expert with extremely effective communication skills, innovative team building techniques and strong problem-solving abilities demonstrated by a successful record of utilizing principle based leadership to drive projects that complete ahead of schedule within cost and with the requisite technical and quality standards met.
