I have over fifteen years of experience working as a Software Developer. I have been primarily focused on Microsoft technologies, such as C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. I am the father of 5 awesome kids, 4 of them boys so I am heavily involved in scouting, which is why I created Akela Software.(In scouting, Akela is a symbol of wisdom, authority, and leadership.) Akela Software is the parent of Cub Scout Tracker and the soon to be released “My Pack Site”. These two applications help scout leaders and scout parents manage the details and communications needed to run a successful Cub Scout Pack. Now that Akela Software is basically running on autopilot, I am looking for new and exciting challenges. I am interested in contract positions, or if the right company comes along I would consider going direct.
