Mr. Wall has more than 24 years of experience applying Information Technology solutions to solve real world problems. He has spent the last 10 years managing programs of varying size and complexity for various agencies within the United States Federal Government. His varied experience makes him comfortable working with anyone, anywhere, from the White House to Afghanistan, from flag level staff to junior enlisted personnel. This evolution of skillsets from Help Desk Analyst to Systems Engineer and then ultimately Program Manager gives him a unique technical skill set that provides him the flexibility to respond to a myriad of customer requirements and technical challenges regardless of the operating environment. Mr. Wall is very familiar in coordinating the efforts of multiple agencies to ensure that incidents or projects were resolved in an efficient manner. Mr. Wall has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to learn and adapt to unfamiliar hardware and software situations, teaching himself the skills necessary to efficiently engineer and manage complicated data solutions.
