With more than 25 years experience in payments, much of that time focused on providing technology solutions to simplify payment acceptance for customers operating online, over the phone and in face to face environments, I have developed a deep understanding of the value of integrated payment acceptance and the solutions and services that drive this technology. Working for Mastercard, I'm keen to leverage that knowledge and bring value to our customers - helping them to drive more efficiency at the point of acceptance, lowering their risk through making their transactions more secure and helping to reduce their costs. With experience across a number of key sectors, I've helped many customers develop and implement their own omni-channel strategy, providing seamless customer journeys across their sales channels. Skills include: EFT software, Payment Gateways, online & face to face payments, PCI DSS, Point to Point Encryption, tokenisation, 3D Secure, Digital Payments. With a highly consultative & open approach, and a strong understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of payment acceptance, I am well positioned to provide value to customers looking to make improvements to their own payment strategies.
