Since 2005, I have consistently focused on maintaining public safety in high-risk situations and leading impactful public safety and community initiatives, through education, community relations and public awareness. Through previous senior level assignments, I have been fiscally responsible for various budgeting plans, as well I have been regularly involved in consultations with community organizations, collaborating with federal and provincial partners, to explore regular public safety initiatives. I have extensively acted as a liaison on interdepartmental committees, which brings together community members, community leaders, and members of the RCMP, with the goal of developing partnerships that drive impactful solutions. My ability to synthesize complex information, prepare well-researched briefs, and deliver evidence-based analysis, given my years of experience testifying in court, writing warrants, and preparing numerous operations plans, will allow me the opportunity to continue my professional career in a new industry with the necessary skills, experience and background that will be valuable and impactful.
