About John Wayne Denton

After receiving a BSBA in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University I spent over 14 years opening and running restaurant businesses throughout the Midwest and South. Once I arrived to the West Coast and specifically Oregon, I immediately grew fond of the astonishing fresh air and beauty of Oregon. I spent another 6 years in the Retail world, even traveled as a District Manager within Oregon, Washington, California and the State of Texas. I missed Oregon so much that I came back and have since spent the last 9 years in the Real Estate World. Applying business principles gathered from various business models across the states has helped me formulate and describe a bigger picture for my clients. Now our biggest challenge is to re-instill confidence in a market that was wrought with good and bad opportunities the past 5 yrs specifically and 10 yrs overall. Our jobs as Realtors is no longer just 'sales', we act as facilitator's thru each transaction wearing many different hats. My job is not just to sell you the 'pink house' of your dreams but also to set you up for the experience of a lifetime. Realty Solutions with it's focus on Customer service,Keeping it Straight and Simple, allows me the opportunity to make each buying and selling experience as stress free as possible. After 12 yrs as a Real Estate Agent representing Buyers and Sellers to the best of my ability my fight with the most corrupt area of the Country and the controlled network of Home Sales looks like it will be coming to an end. I've hung my License up for now. Special thanks to the Mobsters like Bryan Carlson, Bob Schlictling, Clint Elliott and Associates whose ravoc on Hell in the Pacific Northwest goes unchecked. As they duck and cover whenever I'm around, they create their turmoil and crimes against humanity in the backgrounds. As if people actually knew what they did they would stone them.
