I believe we can always do better. Working can and should be fun. What I want to achieve is making sure people enjoy their work so that they bring out the best in themselves. I get results by letting others shine. My unique strength is: Serving people and the processes between people. Because of my empathic ability I know what it is that is going on with the individual and with my analytical ability I see which processes are at play between people and in teams. People ask me: “Where do you get that positive energy from, even when things aren't going well?” Well, that is because it is not about me: I dó however feel responsible for the process and the people who have to achieve the results and can therefore fully focus on what I'm good at; see what is really going on and how culture and behavior influence the results. Based on a realistic understanding of the context and strategic planning, together we come up with workable solutions. Always in touch with the people I work with: Everyone involved always knows where he or she stands and what is expected of him or her. By communicating clearly I avoid surprises. Everything for job satisfaction, customer satisfaction and results. Over the past 25 years I have been active in roles as advisor, project, program or interim manager in Finance, ICT, Public Transport, Hospitality and Business Services. Always with change as the major driver which has impact on employees, management, processes and a wide variety of stakeholders. Until recently I did so as independent professional whilst as founder/partner of House of Performance Interim Management I was also responsible for interim professionals working for us. After a recent period of reconsideration ('is this all there is…?') I have started conversations with people in my network that fit my new choices: Over the next 10 years or so I want to work with even more enthusiasm and satisfaction in roles in businesses with greater social impact. Think- Sports in a social context; a fit, physically active person is a healthier employee or resident and therefore needs less healthcare, or at a later age- Renewable Energy, I found it very rewarding to be able to contribute to the success of the We@Sea program. I believe in investing in sun and wind- Optimizing processes in Healthcare, e.g. facilities, patient journey, digital support - eHealth- Circularity, e.g. redesigning and arranging the sourcing process of raw materials Should you have any questions or want to meet for a (virtual) cup of coffee?
