Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to take on roles of increasing responsibility, scope, and impact, largely within the manufacturing and AgTech industries, and have impactful experience in collaborating and working closely with executive leadership. As Finance Manager, I have led Strategic Planning initiatives, translating complex financial data into actionable insights to effectively guide pipeline valuations, influencing investment strategies and global resource allocation. My experience was pivotal in shaping go-to-market strategies and pricing decisions for the commercial business in each major world region, leading to significant YoY revenue growth while also achieving operational / cost efficiencies. Through close partnership with executive leadership & key cross-functional stakeholders, my contributions supported informed decision-making critical to achieving the company's long-term goals.
