John Weller has established himself as a Mortgage Loan Originator, teacher, and leader over his 27-year career. John and his team pride themselves on being “Your Lender for Life” as they deliver real-world financial solutions via home loans to the families they serve. His clients repeatedly return to engage his expertise and guidance on all topics related to home loan financing and real estate. John is licensed in 10 states and has Home Loan resources in all 50 states. In addition to being an active originator himself, as Division Manager for Celebrity Home Loans, John oversees 12 branches with about 200 origination and sales support staff. The Denver Division, renamed Den “D” since it now employs team members in 17 different states in addition to their home base in Denver, includes the Denver Regional Operating Center. DROC, as it's affectionately called, employs an elite staff of 40-45 operations staff who brilliantly deliver world-class service in home loan lending to families in most of the United States. From the first home loan disclosure all the way through processing, underwriting, closing, and funding, DROC funds over 300 home loans each month. In 2020, DROC funded just shy of $1 Billion in home loan production to families across the country, making up almost 25% of Celebrity Home Loans’ record production in 2020 of $4.35 Billion.
