As I start 2024, I'm updating my 37 years' experience as a highly motivated, analytical thinking Union Project Construction Superintendent. Having 22 years in the roles of a Superintendent and Project Management skills. Seeking employment opportunities with firms pursuing sustainable construction and growth. With a high GPA a solid dedication to details I continuously run jobs with success I'm continuing my education in sustainable design and will make an excellent addition to your company. All my successes are documented with a full list of references from leaders in the field. Currently excited to begin 2024 studying to get a LEED AP/BD & C Certification. Extensive construction background running million-dollar Projects across a wide range of markets. From restaurant's, Big box retail remodels in both grocery, and general merchandise including Wal-Mart. Sam's Club, Fresh Market, Roundy's, Dollar Generals, Old Navy's. To experience in Construction of Firehouses, Large complex schools, Police stations, Jails, Community Centers, Small to mid-size Gas stations, and recently completed a large section of the Bi-Centennial Great Rivers Greenway trail and City of Olivette Warson Parks Project. Leading problem solver with high work ethics, combined with the soft skills to manage and experience to identify and correct troubled Projects, saving time and money. Relationship builder with many clients, gaining a sought-out reputation of trust, quality, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Additional skills, include owner operator of a diecast Club, ST. Louis diecast Enthusiasts. Purchase, trade and sell multiple collectibles in the new and resale markets. This Project builds sales skills and I acquire relationships amongst buyers, distributors and venders, throughout a vast regional network. Utilizing the acquired skills, I've demonstrated several major charity Marines, Toys for Tots successful annual toy drives, as an ambassador to the cause. As well as organized food drives and bringing awareness to Veteran suicide. To summarize, going into 2024 here. I have 37 years in a wide range of construction skills. Primarily management, with heavy talent in the leadership, skills, and completion of Projects. Opened the door to a diecast collectible group hobby, that turned into a full past time business. All blessing me with further skill sets and career development, passed down to giving back to those in need and less fortunate. The horizon is bright for 2024 as I strive to be better tomorrow than I was today. Looking forward to the changes this year will bring.
