Senior IT technician with 16 years of industry experience and a diverse understanding of the trade. Employed by Microsoft for the last 4 years where I have learned many technologies including SharePoint, Teams and Exchange; Most of which were migration based. I am currently working as a consultant on the Security and Compliance side on the ATOaaS team for Micorosft Federal. Previously I managed a helpdesk VIP team consting of 15 technicians for the Department of Defense. Daily tasks included communicating with office point of contacts, delivering daily/weekly briefs to project shareholders, and managing technicians who would install equipment and troubleshoot issues through remedy ticket system on both unclassified and classified devices. over-the-phone support experience with government, civilian, and contractor customers. I currently hold certifications for MS-500 (M365 Security and Compliance), MS-300 & MS-301 (Modernwork Collaboration) MS-900 (M365 Fundamentals) and CompTIA Security + and hold an active high level security clearance.
