I've been extraordinarily fortunate to work in environments where empowerment is the norm and with some of the brightest minds in defense and aerospace. My background in systems and electronics engineering, combined with an ability to navigate complex projects from concept through completion, has been the cornerstone of my success. I excel in situational leadership and fostering team dynamics that encourage innovation and resilience, ensuring projects meet or exceed objectives. After successfully pivoting into the space industry, I'm on a mission to help the industry grow and committed to helping grow and empower the next generation of space engineers.
