I was the In-Charge senior on the largest job in the department, responsible for a large team of associates who had their individual sections to complete. I completed various project management tasks and liaised with the client to ensure that key deliverables were meeting specified deadlines. I am Experienced in ICFR SOx testing and internal control frameworks that are associated with SEC registered companies. I am Familiar with the financial reporting process of public companies who file with the SEC on a quarterly basis. I am Experienced in multiple accounting standards such as IFRS, FRS101 and USGAAP and the conversion process between these, required for Irish companies registered on the US stock exchanges. I have a strong understanding of ASC606 revenue recognition under USGAAP and the associated ICFR environment. I have carried out many subsidiary statutory audits, ensuring the company comply with FRS101 and Irish Company Law requirements or relevant UK requirements.
