My History: After leaving the Marine Corps as a sergeant in California in I moved to South Florida for a job with Seimens the building controls division where I worked as a specialist performing IT work for the digital controls that controlled the HVAC in buildings. In 2003, I worked as a service manager for Bobcat of Broward earning the branch more than they have every made in the service department. In 2004, I become a loan officer and a year later, a licensed mortgage broker where I worked for various companies. I found that most people had no clue about how credit scores were calculated and how the credit system worked. Over the years, I researched about how the FICO credit scoring was calculated and begin helping clients get their scores up in order to get a home loans. In 2007, I opened my company Credit Solution Experts Incorporated and learned about the regulations involving creditors and credit bureaus, which is how I met John Ulzheimer, which is nationally recognized credit expert witness. I was taught by John Ulzheimer about being a credit expert witness. Over the years, I have educated and assisted with their credit.
