Led $300M+ infrastructure architectural transformation for BCBS health care from legacy application framework to a SOA Portal based architecture. Architected $200M+ application and infrastructure service offerings to provide SaaS cloud based Shared Services and Enterprise Service Desk for 10 NASA centers. Led 250+ member public sector Applications Architecture organization delivering 14% YOY revenue growth via advisory services, solution delivery and creating service offerings for Civil, Defense/Intel, Homeland Security and Foreign Affairs clients.
