Consult early stage companies on structure, raising capital and going to market. Experience has been primarily in the computer technology industries. I have been in the technology industry for most of my career having been a part of starting several companies, raising the capital, putting the management teams together and taking them to the next level of investment or sale. Companies included an Application Service Provider, now called a “Cloud” Software as a Service company, A software company that we purchased in Great Britain which monitored activities on Windows machines, i.e; Big Brother and an online wine store that specialized in selling small vineyard wines from around the world. Other consulting activities included building a talent acquisition company and an e-learning company now owned by Oracle Corporation My previous background was as a Sales and Marketing Executive: Dynamic self-starter with a track record of exceeding revenues and an expertise for building key relationships with “C” level executives. Sold and managed teams selling into Fortune Companies including Avis, AXA Equitable Life, Citibank, JP Morgan/Chase, Merrill Lynch and Verizon providing hardware, software and leasing service.
