I am a senior energy executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across renewable energy, power generation, and energy markets in North America and international markets.Throughout my career I have led large-scale energy portfolios spanning wind, solar, hydro, energy storage, and renewable natural gas, with executive accountability for operational performance, capital investment, and strategic growth.Most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Renewable Generation at Algonquin Power & Utilities, I led operations across a 3200 MW renewable energy portfolio operating across Canada and the United States, managing approximately $250M in annual earnings and a workforce of more than 350 employees and contractors across 56 energy facilities and 11 power markets.My leadership experience includes:• P&L leadership for large-scale energy portfolios• Renewable energy development and operational optimization• Mergers, acquisitions, and asset portfolio integration• Energy markets, commercial structuring, and energy trading• International operations across North America and Europe• Operational transformation and enterprise value creationEarlier in my career I held senior leadership roles with Northland Power, Emera Inc, Ontario Power Generation, and TransAlta, where I led initiatives in asset management, energy trading, renewable development, and operational integration.I have also served as Board Chair and Director for multiple power generation partnerships and industry organizations, providing governance oversight on strategic growth, capital allocation, and operational performance.My focus today is supporting organizations navigating the global energy transition through strong operational leadership, disciplined capital investment, and the development of high-performing teams.
