About John Woodman

I have a strong leadership and management background in Customer Service and Operations Management, including process management and business processing re- engineering.I have experience of managing and driving through transformational change at all levels, ensuring that businesses and departments I have managed are streamlined and customer focused as possible.Change management is a strength of mine, I have successfully overseen the re- structure of various departments and teams, whilst at the same time ensuring business continuity.I have excellent IT skills as well as people management skills. I am able to communication to all audiences at all levels such as presentations and business proposals.Over the past 4/5 years, I have been more and more involved in Commercial Management and the procurement of goods and services. I am well versed in not only managing contracts on a day to day basis via SLA's and KPI's but I am also able to proactively manage these more strategically by looking at trends, costs and benchmarking.Challenge is what I enjoy the most and taking on new areas of responsibility has never fazed me.
