Hello! My name is John Wyatt Dowdy and I am a Filmmaker. I have worked on multiple sets ranging from multiple short films, commercials, and one feature film. I hope to tell the stories that will captivate and engage people along with convey a message of hope and truth. I am a hard worker and a quick learner. I have experience with working with Red Camera Systems, Panasonic gh4 cameras, and Sony a7 cameras. I am also a on set sound mixer. I have worked on multiple sets as a mixer and boom operator. I have experience in sound utility and gathering sound in the best way I know how. Not only do I have experience in the production side of film, I also have experience in the post-production aspects of film. I have knowledge and am proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, and Pro Tools. I try my best to convey a professional and engaging work environment on any set that I step on while also keeping the atmosphere on set fun and lighthearted when appropriate.
