In my new position as Internal IT Support Specialist my main job is to support internal clients, helping to keep employees productive, or external customers of a company. Working partly as a (Field) Services Engineer my main job is maintain and monitoring the systems of postal operators in the Netherlands (PostNL N.V.) and several postal operators outside the Netherlands (Anpost, DHL, PostNord, Posti, Whistl etc.). In shifts from the Service Desk in Delft or workplace at home. Staffed from Sunday afternoon to Saturday afternoon- In mijn nieuwe functie als Internal IT Support Specialist is mijn hoofdtaak het ondersteunen van interne klanten, het helpen om medewerkers productief te houden, of externe klanten van een bedrijf. Nog deels werkzaam als (Field) Services Engineer is mijn hoofdtaak het onderhouden en monitoren van de systemen van postbedrijven in Nederland (PostNL N.V.) en diverse postbedrijven buiten Nederland (Anpost, DHL, PostNord, Posti, Whistl etc.). In ploegendienst vanuit de Servicedesk in Delft of werkplek aan huis. Bemensing van zondagmiddag tot zaterdagmiddag. Specialties: Developing Training software for personnel. Static and Dynamic testing of machines. Functional and regression testing of software. Maintaining different types of databases with delivery points for PostNL.
