It has been my experience that in order to lead effectively, it must be done through service, clear communication and follow up. I am very flexible and an innovator for growth. I operate within set boundaries, but consistently search for new ways to maximize the vision of the organization. People are important. In today's culture, this is a high priority, as people want to be in the know and recognized through appropriate relationships. My management style is based on the individual's needs, not my preferences. I enjoy the challenge. I think outside "the box" and am a bit analytical. I know how to make the numbers work and how to motivate the people to achieve the goals of my organization.
