I have 20 years of experience in corporate HR and talent management in the international technology sector, with a focus on TA as well as personal development, learning, change management, and leadership. I am passionate about creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture at AAM, where every employee can thrive and grow. Across Europe I have implemented various initiatives to transform the employer brand, the candidate experience, diversity and inclusion metrics and referral programs.
