I am an experienced, high-energy, and creative Training Content Creator with a history of working in the complex claims industry. My ability to lead diverse teams, collaborate with clients as well as vendors has given me a unique understanding of how to achieve successful results. I'm skilled at organizing workflows, creating team cohesion, as well as delivering projects on-time and within budget while maintaining an eye for detail and quality. I take pride in being able to learn quickly about new programs and technology, as well as applying them to my day to day tasks and responsibilities. Aside from my corporate experience, I have worked in ministry for just under two decades. Often this was done in a full time capacity leading high level teams to maximize excellence within the church setting. This is the arena in which I learned the importance of strategic planning as well as empowering large teams to work towards a shared goal. I still function as a consultant for multiple organizations helping them build brand identities and understand the importance of creative marketing.
