About Johnathan Murray
I am currently a Research Associate for the Cancer Screening, Detection and Risk Reduction (CanDoR) program within The University of Calgary's Arnie Charbonneau Cancer Institute, while also maintaining an active chiropractic practice in one of Calgary’s busy beltline neighborhoods. I am excited by the opportunity to combine the skills and knowledge gained in the cancer research environment with my experience from 15+ years of working in the health care sector to enhance the health and well-being of others. Working in multidisciplinary clinics throughout my career as well as with Canadian national athletic teams has not only allowed me to enjoy working as part of a team but also to see the value of the contributions of my co-workers. Through these experiences I have cultivated excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a sport and fitness enthusiast I do my best to lead by example when suggesting healthy lifestyle changes to others.
