About Johnathan Perrone

I was in the retail industry within management for about three years. I worked at Starbucks and I have had the pleasure of learning inventory management, leadership, proficient barista experience, manager experience and more. During this time, I have explored different avenues in regards to writing. After awhile, I wanted to broaden my horizons within the banking industry. I made the decision to move to Utah and pursue such a career. I got hired within Discover Financial Services in 2019 and I have been there since. Throughout my career within Discover, I have learned a plethora of skills regarding financial crimes, money laundering, first party fraud, and fraud investigation when it comes to several transactional inquiries and more. I have had the opportunity to create Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and tools to help different departments. As well as trainings through Microsoft PowerPoint to help other peers within their job role. I am looking to forward my career into financial crimes and fraud prevention within different financial industries.
