About Johnathan Vercimak

21 year old with seven years of work experience. Four different job elds with very similar outcomes. Hard-work and dedication played a huge role in the way my coworkers would speak of me. I have been praised but try and shy away from the attention because I would much rather be an example for others and see them working as hard as me. My experience as a busser/dishwasher has taught me how to appreciate money and its worth. Working a minimum wage job makes you realize how much you need to spend your money wisely. Working for Kwik Trip has taught me what it means to be treated well by your employer. Kwik Trip full-time, and part-time benets that are competitors to many big named companies. Kwik Trip also includes very generous bonuses at the end of the year which reect on how much you work. Working for the Elementary school has aided me in what true patiencemeans. I worked with special needs children, ages ranging from 5-8. This job requires a great deal of patience as well as problem solving. You are faced with a new battle each day and this leads to adaptability. I am a very motivated young man who strives for hard work, success and competition. I do everything in my power to make sure the job is done, staying late included. My current employer is Americold. They have treated me with the utmost respect, which I have most certainly returned. Although my position now isn’t technically a management position, one could argue that it is. Some of the job descriptions as a supervisor are: task delegation, making sure associates are staying on task, working well with others, evaluating performance, conduct training, etc. All things that a manager would also be described as. I list these things because it shows how much my bosses value me, even though I am so much younger than the typical supervisor. One concern that was brought up was that the forklift drivers wouldn’t respect me. I have found that if you give them respect and the time of day, they will equally return it I am a very fast learner. This is one of my strongest attributes. This has played a huge role in getting me where I am today. Lastly, my loyalty to a company has not been limited to distance. I have been through thick and thin with multiple employers. That has not been at all a reason in my departure from the company.
