I am an Associate in Enterprise Legal's Business Law Team, one of our region’s most progressive law firms, specialising in business, property and disputes law. In my role at EL I work with a diverse and broad range of clients, including Franchisors, small businesses and start-ups, and a number of non-profit and Charity organisations. I assist our clients with all of their business needs, such as preparing bespoke Terms and Conditions and Services Agreements, advising on various business transactions, and reviewing, developing and implementing entity and business structures (including my fair share of assisting clients to navigate disputes with business partners). With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, I have developed a reputation as a trusted and respected local lawyer, thanks to my results-driven approach and ability to provide practical, sensible and commercially savvy advice that delivers real value to my clients. I believe one of the 'points of difference' in Enterprise Legal's Business Team and that I deliver in my role, is that we spend the time to know and understand each of our clients' businesses, from simply knowing their business structure and understanding why it is set up in the way that it is, to getting to know their goals and what drives their business forward, as this informs so much of the value that our legal services can provide.
