Over the past decade, I've navigated a complex and rewarding journey through the world of real estate. As of today, I have tokenized $52M in real estate, managing assets exceeding $1B and took the development subsidiary public by completing a reverse merger with a publicly listed company (Ticker: GRLT) My venture into the development of high-end properties worth over $500M in Southern California marked a significant milestone. This success wasn't overnight, it was the result of 4,975 days of relentless effort and learning from three failed businesses. Since August 1st, 2011, I started three businesses: a furniture business, a home improvement business, and a real estate brokerage. All failed. I learned from each failure, gaining knowledge that paved the way for my success. As a new immigrant to the US, I had no friends or resources. Failing three times made things tough. Luckily, being positive, I persevered. With the knowledge and experience from my previous businesses, I found my key to success: real estate investment. I started to invest and develop in real estate since, never looked back. In 2021, I identified an emerging trend in real estate – tokenization. Recognizing its potential to revolutionize the industry, I created first tokenized real estate fund in 2022. With a mission to democratize real estate ownership, making it possible for anyone in the world to be a landlord. Our achievements so far include tokenizing over $52M in real estate, and we're on a path to revolutionize the entire market. My strategy has always been direct and aggressive, with a sharp focus on sectors beyond single-family homes. This approach has led to the development of lucrative properties and a deep understanding of the complexities of commercial real estate. My current business include: Primior Asset Management: Management of over $1 billion in real estate assets. Xnergy: Providing M&A and financial advisory services, with over $5 billion in transactions. USP: Pioneering in real estate tokenization with over $52M already tokenized. Primior Holding: Publicly listed holding company that owns a real estate development company and Gaia, an innovative tokenization investment platform. My journey is a testament to resilience, strategic thinking, and the importance of understanding your market deeply.
