About Johnny Arza

Engineer in training with EGBC. BE from UFMS (Brazil) and a master’s (UNICAMP, Brazil) degree focused on reinforced concrete structures. Over seven years of experience working on multidisciplinary projects in the engineering industry. Throughout my career, I have specialized in Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ReCap, and Navisworks. Focusing on earthworks modeling using corridors and surfaces (Civil 3D) and heavy infrastrcuture drawings (Dams, bridges, etc), also intergrating utility infrastructures using Civil 3D pipe networks, all while ensuring adherence to company standards such as NCS (Nationad CAD standards) and BC Hydro CAD standards. I have worked closely on inspections of reinforced concrete structures, including truck scales and retaining walls. Specifically, in Canada, I was involved in projects such as RBT2 (footing pre-design), Tahsis (mooring pile pre-design), and Wolverine Terminal (pre-pour inspections for foundations and tremie pipes).
