About Johnny Darrell

I am an award-winning Series Director for numerous animated series and am well-versed in every aspect of production from “script to screen”. I just wrapped up my duties as a series director for the adult-oriented Sausage Party: Foodtopia (Amazon/Annapurna). Some previous credits include being Series Director/Director for the preschool series StarBeam (Netflix) The Guava Juice Show (YouTube Originals), Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs (Cartoon Network), and Slugterra (Disney XD) of which I was also a development executive. I co-wrote the screenplay for the live-action feature film Monkey Beach and have a number of original IPs, one of which is currently in development with Bardel Entertainment. Some personal information you may wish to blog about: I was raised eating hot dogs and grilled cheese sandwiches while watching Bigfoot & Wildboy and Battle of the Planets.
