About Johnny Earl

Johnny Earl is a Partner in MNP’s Vancouver office. Johnny specializes in assisting companies and institutional investors with their due diligence and other transaction advisory requirements relating to acquisitions and divestitures. Drawing on his experience from working with clients and target companies across different industries, Johnny works closely with his clients to help them fully understand the financial profile, value drivers and risks of target companies, and consider the optimal way to factor due diligence findings into transaction negotiations and documentation. Johnny has worked on transactions ranging from deal values below $5m up to over $1bn, in locations including Canada, the U.S, the U.K, Asia and Africa. Johnny also helps his clients prepare for a sale of the whole or part of a business, with a focus on identifying, amplifying and quantifying upside value opportunities, packaging value issues and providing deal experienced resources to provide objective support to management and boards during the deal process. Johnny graduated with his Bachelor of Economics degree from Durham University in the U.K, before earning his Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales designation.
