I'm a senior professional with a passion for improving efficiency in product development. My expertise includes advanced vehicle simulation using CAE as well as driving simulators, multi-objective design optimization, change management, business development and people management. I enjoy generating new ideas and problem solving, which has been demonstrated during development of multiple OEM vehicle architectures and platforms during the past seven years. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual with a positive and proactive approach when encountering adversity. I have an extensive background in computer aided engineering, both as technical specialist and in various management positions, mainly in the automotive industry. Expert level knowledge of CAE methods for vehicle dynamics, vehicle simulators, primary and secondary ride comfort, powertrain mounts, NVH, durability road loads, ground clearance, active vehicle controls (AD/ADAS), driveline dynamics. Multi-attribute, multi-objective design optimization work processes and methods. Specialties- Expanding scope and predictive capabilities of simulation while shortening development turn-around time through hands-on leadership, cross-attribute dialogue, and team building. Deployment of advanced simulation and design space exploration technologies (MDO) for vehicle dynamics, ADAS/AD, powertrain dynamics, virtual durability load prediction, validation, process assessment and development- Business development, value proposition development and positioning, marketing and strategy execution.
