About Johnny Larson

I am a project manager with L&E Research, helping clients fulfill their market research goals with quality research. I was a part time recruiter with L&E Research for 9 months recruiting candidates formarket research projects. For three years before working with L&E, I worked in the ‘gigeconomy’ while pursuing my passion and training in Fine Art. I am now refocusing my efforts to return to a more traditional career path. Before this recent three years, I had spent most of my career in Commercial Printing, with my position at Hibu as the last position I heldbefore my entire department faced liquidation due to the industry’s overall dissolution as everything moved to digital. Prior to this decision to take some time off from printing and management, I spent three years with Hibu, acquiring awards and accolades. I worked as a manager, responsible for the distribution of our print products in the Rocky Mountain region.I covered a territory including the states of Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana. I kepta strong focus on achieving our departmental goals of delivering our product efficiently, atthe highest quality, while controlling budget and logistics. I was responsible for activelyrecruiting and managing over 100 contractors and sub-contractors and holding them to thehigh standards Hibu expects. The position offered a large amount of autonomy and I oftenworked independent of any higher level management supervision in remote locations forextended periods of time, to great success.Before this, I worked in the printing industry for over 10 years. I spent time in the food /customer service industry for over 8 years, as well. I have a great eye for detail, keep coolunder pressure, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment. I consider myself aloyal, hardworking employee that is always open to suggestions and direction. I am a fastlearner and keep a positive attitude in any position.
