About Johnny Lee

My first job at automotive industry is Temperature controller (FATC) design engineer. I work over 7 years as a product design engineer. During this work, I learned that communication with internal and external customers are very important key to design a perfect product. I also learned about DFMEA, PFMEA, Mold, molding process and production process. After working as a design engineer, I changed my job to Project Manager/Tech Support/Sales Engineer and Engineering manager position. During this period of work, I used my design engineer experience to manage program and to exceed customer expectation. Also based on my knowledge, I trained entry level engineers and managed engineers to lead engineering team.
