About Johnny Long

Pastor/ Missionary, I am grateful for the gift of grace and mercy that God gives to me daily. Romans 12:9-21, is a bit of scripture of how God has worked in and through me to learn to live more to Him daily. The Holy scriptures bring with it many challenges that are worth enduring. I believe we are all a work in progress (we will mess up and stumble or even fall) and it will take time, to experience the hands of God working in each of us, spiritually, mentally and physically as a form of molding from within. Whereby we brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus (born again) will eventually yield to surrender all of ourselves to allow the Holy Spirit to have His way in us. In order to live as a light in darkness, for the love of Christ Jesus to be seen by the lost as well as mentors for new christians."Remember the former things of old." Isaiah 46:9, the Old Testament is the foundation for the New Testament, they go together. Learning from your past, not erasing it creates a deeper understanding of who and how you are created in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
