About Johnny Loughran

Education I recently graduated from the University of Idaho with three undergraduate degrees in Psychology, Marketing, and Operations & Supply Chain Management. This diverse academic background has given me a well-rounded perspective on consumer behavior, strategic marketing, and efficient business operations. Professional Experience As a Project Manager at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), I’m gaining hands-on experience managing projects and driving process improvements in a high-tech manufacturing environment. I lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business teams, stream workflows, and leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to organize project information and ensure operational excellence. Passions & Interests I’ve always been fascinated by car brands—especially Porsche—but my professional interests extend into entrepreneurship, real estate, technology, branding, and consumer psychology. I'm driven by the challenge of building and optimizing systems that enhance business performance, whether within established organizations or my own ventures.
