They say if you find a job you love, you’ll never have to work another day in your life. I’m one of those people who are fortunate enough to love what they do for a living. It incorporates the 3 things that I’m best at: 1) Finding, nurturing and pushing exceptional creative talent. Helping people be the best they can be, and helping them do things they never thought they could. 2) Working with big ideas that function as goosebump farms. Either coming up with them myself, or facilitating teaming, scenarios and processes that bring them out of others. 3) Storytelling. It’s one thing to come up with a brilliant idea, but it’s another to get it sold. Any idea that sells to consumers, first had to be sold to a client. I have worked with a long list of global clients including Adidas, AT & T, BP, Coca-Cola, Columbia Tristar Pictures, LEGO, LG, Nokia, Samsung, Smirnoff, Sony and Tropicana. And I’m happy to say I’ve won awards for both creativity and effectiveness for a bunch of them. You somehow never can have enough bookends.
