I'm an operations leader with a strong foundation in restaurant management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Chicken Meets Rice in the Bay Area. I began my journey as a crew member and worked my way up through every level of leadership: from Crew Member to Assistant Manager, Manager and now Operations Manager, overseeing four locations and driving strategic improvements across the business. What’s fueled that growth is simple: I believe there are no bad teams, only unaligned leadership. With the right guidance, empathy, and positive influence, any team can accomplish great things. That belief shapes my leadership style-empowering others, building systems that support clarity and accountability, and never shying away from a challenge. Along the way, I’ve developed a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, using them to then solve real business problems through thorough planning and execution. I’ve built systems on the micro level that create stability, while staying focused on the big picture of scaling quickly. Now, I’m pivoting into tech, bringing with me years of hands-on leadership, a relentless drive to improve, and a passion for leading teams to do their best work. I’m looking to join a forward-thinking, fast-paced tech environment where I can continue growing, solve exciting new problems, and make an impact.
