I am a highly motivated and results-driven Engineering professional with expertise in manufacturing, maintenance, and electrical & instrumentation systems. With hands-on experience in production support, equipment troubleshooting, and plant maintenance, I have contributed to optimizing operations in industries ranging from automotive manufacturing to power plants. Currently, as a Manufacturing/NPI Technician at Motherson (SMR) in the UK, I work alongside production engineers to develop new products, support assembly line modifications, and install critical control units, HMIs, and pneumatic systems. My role involves diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and improving production efficiency through proactive maintenance and risk assessments. Previously, I worked as an Instrumentation Engineer at Soosan Ens Co, Ltd, where I played a key role in the commissioning, testing, and maintenance of field instruments at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant. I executed calibration and loop testing of critical transmitters and control valves, streamlined maintenance procedures, and enhanced plant reliability by optimizing instrument functionality. My experience also includes working as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer in large-scale industrial projects, including gathering centers and distillery plants, where I supervised the erection, calibration, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems. With a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Portsmouth, I have developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
