Having worked as a Project Manager and Regional Coordinator with both Local and International Non-Governmental Organizations for more than nine years, I am a result-oriented program specialist with a proven track record in developing and leading strategy and execution of different projects. With strong project management experience and organizational leadership influence, I can excel in project initiation, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation. By working within community and project development sectors, I have aided additional skill sets of budgetary constraints and optimized staff resources around the highest value of work. I am a strong collaborator with a valuable skillset for building networks and strengthening relationships within the donor community, government officials, and other stakeholders. Additionally, I am a team-building expert who works to ensure everyone’s talents are fully nurtured.
