Well knowledgeable on ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing to enable organizations deliver superior service and exceed customers' expectations in the global competitive market. Johnson is passionate about healthcare in Africa and equipped with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Quality Practice (GQP), Good laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice, Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 15189:2022), Risk Management (ISO and Information Security Management System -ISMS (ISO 27001:2022). Despite the resolute interest in healthcare, Johnson is also a Cyber-Security Enthusiast and hopes to apply the knowledge garnered over the years in the QMS and Compliance space to assist organization's develop and sustain a robust Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework. As an independent ISO 9001:2015 trainer, Johnson ensures that training participants understand the rudiments of Quality Management System at both the Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor's level.
