As an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd, I have over 16 years of Business Operations Experience and 16 years in Learning and Development (L&D) and organizational development (OD). My mission is to develop and roll-out large-scale competency-based L&D initiatives, Culture change interventions and Functional Leadership capability development in Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing functions for the group, enhancing the performance, potential, and engagement of its diverse and talented workforce. I have a proven track record of designing and implementing L&D and performance coaching initiatives, managing a large team of Sales Training Managers and a 100 plus Field Sales Trainers across the country covering sixty thousand plus training man days monthly. I have a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and expertise in program management, facilitation skills, performance coaching, training need identification, content design, virtual facilitation, digital content creation, simulation-based learning, and executive coaching.
