Johnson is the Director of E-Business Solutions Limited (EBSL)- a Hong Kong-based software technology company that specializes in IoT, RFID and Mobility solutions. Johnson is a big fan of Information & Communications Technology (ICT). He is also a veteran information technology specialist who has rich practical experience in innovation diffusion from idea generation, research & development, product development, project management, technology transfer, and technology commercialization. He has successfully taking Data-mining, RFID, IoT, SmartID, Facial Recognition, Blockchain, etc. into impactful deployments in both private and public sectors in the past 20 years. These include asset and facility management, construction workers management, mobile workforce management, supply chain management, cold chain management, fleet management, airport passenger baggage tracking, library management, healthcare management, etc. His latest development involves Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) business integration and innovations. Johnson and his team have obtained numerous awards including Hong Kong ICT Awards, Asia-Pacific ICT Awards and other international recognitions. EBSL is also named Most Valuable Companies in Hong Kong Awards 2019 and 10 Fastest Growing IoT Solution Providers to Watch in 2019 under his leadership.
