My background includes supporting complex, global organizations, with entertainment, tech, hospitality, aviation, and the oil & gas industry, where I advise leaders in high-expectation, fast-moving environments that require clarity, accountability, and strong judgment.I have been instrumental in building people infrastructure for newly formed entities and startup environments and established Fortune 500 companies. In this capacity, I helped establish foundational HR processes, policies, and operating practices that enabled scale, compliance, and a strong cultural framework from the outset.Operating from an enterprise perspective, I lead and influence across workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management and talent decision-making.
