As a Senior Business Development professional, having 20+ years of experience with 10+ years in education industry, leading sales and driving big-ticket sales with strong focus on Business Strategy, Client Relations, Negotiations and Sales Execution. I’ve worked extensively at some of the leading educational organizations including Educomp, Everonn System India and Experionmea. I have developed capabilities in collaborating with school management, school stake holders in hand holding school and educational institutions to adopt technology in school and classroom for effective teaching. Throughout my career, I have been able to understand clients’ needs as well as build and position solutions that best suit their needs – opening up new markets, acquiring new customers and strengthening the existing client base. Demonstrated abilities in cementing healthy relationship with the clients for generating business and leading workforce towards accomplishing business and corporate goals. I have been a team player and wish to lead from the front. Managing people and relationships are my strengths. Started my career in the year with Lido Business Ventures Pvt. Ltd, as a branch manager and post that worked with multiple education-based organizations including Everonn System India, Educomp Solutions Ltd, Experionmea. At Educomp was part of the sales team which introduced SmartClass™ in India, a solution that will empower teachers to teach more effectively. Was responsible for business and market development in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. A team of 4 Area Managers and 20 + Business Development Managers was led by me in Kerala and was instrumental in making SmartClass™ a grand success with more than 500 schools adding in 5 years in Kerala and Tamilnadu region. Was adjudged among the top AM’s, RM’s and DH’s pan India during his service in Educomp. I was also instrumental in bring first of its kind satellite based virtual learning from Everonn for colleges in Kerala market. Continuing career in the education sector, moved to Experionmea a gold partner of iLearningEngines, India as regional sales manager, Kerala and Tamilnadu. iLE's AI driven learning experience platform that unlocks seamless blended learning, automatic assessments, and powerful content creation capabilities for educational institutes. My overall career has given me the exposure of working with different industries with both Industry bellwether corporations and start ups. Other areas of expertise are, channel management, product management, planning and implementation of projects.
