I am a highly meticulous and dynamic program manager, I believe in "creating confidence through effective program management" and "building stronger relationships through trusted programs". I possess 17+ years of proven success in directing a melange of projects, including Caritas, Railway Children UK, Childline India Foundation, Catholic Relief Service, and CRY across public and private sectors. I am a child rights-centric professional with strong experience and knowledge of relevant childcare legislation, and juvenile justice. I am a performance-driven leader, specialized in facilitating training to NGOs/CBOS on various social projects, leadership coaching, and developing managerial skills sessions for staff /team of the organization. I have profound experience in handling projects for Child Rights and Child Protection including fundraising at National and International agencies across India. I am expertise in coordinating with the police force, judiciary, state executive machinery, government, local communities, and Indian Railway officials. I have successfully trained 250+ interns from colleges and guided volunteers from corporates to non-profit organizations staff capacity building. Also, I played a significant role as a resource person, trained Railway officials across 6 Indian Railway zones at the zonal railway training institute on Child rights and Child Protection. I have developed a child protection manual for training on child protection and added manuals to the curriculum of RPF Training Academy as well as regularised awareness sessions on Child sexual abuse & personal safety in schools across the Bhopal Railway division, West Central Railway Zone. My demonstrated experience made me specialized in handling Child rights and Child Protection, Education, Health, and Skill development. I am skilful in developing advocacy, policy documents, and communication materials; extensive knowledge and perspective on gender issues.
